"Third time's a charm, or not..."
So here I am, being asked for the third time to give my thoughts on my order. The thing is, I still haven't gotten it yet—it's been three weeks and it's still processing. Honestly, I find it pretty funny. It would be great to have it in hand before Christmas rolls around...

I’m really impressed! The scarf looks just like it does in the photos online—such a perfect shade of scarlet, and it’s super soft. The care taken with the packaging was top-notch. I’d definitely recommend it.

"Lack of Customer Support"
I made my purchase 20 days back. In that time, I reached out to customer support via emails and phone calls multiple times, yet my order is still in processing (and no one has responded!!). Seems like I’m not alone in this situation. It’s really disappointing that a good brand like Bronte by Moon has such terrible customer service.

"Lack of Customer Support"
No customer support at all! I placed an order for one item on October 26, and it still says processing. I reached out via email on November 11 to get an update (the site claims they respond within 1 to 3 business days) about when it would be shipped since it’s a gift. Now it’s November 16, and I haven’t heard back, plus it seems the item hasn’t even shipped yet. Funny enough, I’ve received two emails asking me to review something I haven’t received. Their website indicated the item was in stock when I ordered it.
